All of our panels are made to order, please expect to receive your panels between 7 to 15 working days, although we will aim to despatch them as soon as possible. If there will be any delay in your order depending on the nature of the order or if custom sizes are involved, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Delivery to UK Mainland is free over £75. This excludes the Scottish and UK Islands.
Delivery to UK Mainland is £5 per order below £75.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by email if you wish to return an item.

Items must be returned in good, saleable, unused condition to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage to return an item, shipping costs are non refundable. We recommend insuring it, we are not liable for any item that goes missing in transit. The item must also be in its original packaging.

If the item is faulty, please email us to arrange return within 14 days, following the return instructions above for a full refund/ exchange.

Damage caused to the product by customers will be not be qualify for exchange or refund.

All the panels are handmade, every effort is made to produce a panel accurate to size, but we also allow a tolerance of 3mm +/- and this is not considered a defect, due to its handmade nature.
